Buyer assurance

Trust built into every shipment

Clear records, direct contacts and agreed commercial terms help buyers verify each stage before goods leave the point of origin.

Inspection evidence

SGS quality and weight certificates available for applicable shipments.

Complete documentation

Origin, health, phytosanitary and clean-on-board shipping documents.

Traceable operations

Named offices and direct sales contacts in the USA and South Africa.

Established trade terms

Written contracts with FOB, CFR or CIF delivery and agreed payment terms.

What we do

We manage the full export chain, from allocation at the warehouse to delivery at your named port, so a single contract covers goods, inspection, paperwork and freight.

Sourcing and quality control

We contract vetted farms, refineries, abattoirs and mills, and check documentation and grade before every allocation is confirmed.

Inspection and documentation

Shipments are supported by SGS quality and weight certificates, certificates of origin, phytosanitary and health certificates, and a full set of clean-on-board bills of lading.

Logistics door to door

We arrange reefer and dry container bookings from our warehouses in South Africa and the USA to your named discharge port on FOB, CFR or CIF terms.

Payment structuring

We work on T/T and MT103, and on confirmed L/C at sight or SBLC with established buyers, under a signed sales and purchase contract.

Verify everything

Before you sign anything, ask us for the paperwork: copies of our membership and registration certificates, a draft sales and purchase contract, specimen inspection certificates, and references from the shipment records behind the documents. A serious exporter expects the question.
